Welcome to the TWPS online Tenant Contact Centre. (TCC for short)

In order to streamline maintenance and other requests and to better serve you, we are trialling the use of a support ticket system (similar to many online help and support centres). Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Please note: A valid email address is required.

Please bear with us while we all get use to the new system. We are confident that it will help reduce waiting times and provide you with a better service. The system is in BETA while we test it and although fully functioning, some adjustments will be made and your feedback is welcome.
